Yes on to day six -- Honestly today I felt a lil drained and didnt feel like exercising but I'm no quitter.
So today I did the Plyometric Cardio Circuit workout....by now I know the exercises so I no longer get lost between sets.
Listen peeps I was sooo good today I surprised myself...Imagine me doing push ups lol I only did four...but geez I couldn't even do one...so I am definitely seeing some progress in my strenght, agility and stamina. Go Natasha Go!!!!!
I am actually started to feel real energetic and even more confident. Yes, exercising does that to you.
Tomorrow is my rest day.....thank god....lol
