Today I did absolutely nothing. This is the second day in the row that my body refused to cooperate with my nind. In my mind I knew that I should continue but my body was telling me a different story. I felt drained, in pain, and exhausted. My knees hurt, the soles of my feet are crying out for help. So I decided to listen to my body and take a break.
And you know what I feel so much better today. Changing your lifestyle is definitely a challenge and I have realise that simply adhereing to the status quo does not always work..you may have to deviate from your plan a little bit as long as you stay true and committed to your untimate goal.
For those who are doing the challenge as well...stick with it. If you can go thorough the entire 60 days as plan..koodoos to you. Consider it a remarkable achievement.
As for me I will fall back into my routine today and continue. Today I pick up on day 19th...yeahhhh.
