Recovery week is over and today I did my 3rd fit test

Overall a massive improvement... At my next test I have to improve on my Suicide Jumps and Push up jacks -- they were the hardest.
I also had to do Max interval circuit today...OMG a whole hour...but I didnt make it I did like 15 minutes...I was soooo drained after putting all my energy into the fit test....but I pushed myself to the limit....Tomorrow will be better.
